What difference does it make?

Every new home generates over 35m3 of waste. We make sure most of it is recycled – less than 1.53m3 ends up in landfill.

Our circular economy

Repurposing construction waste into a valuable resource for the building industry. We turn waste into products you can use again on site.

We have developed innovative, efficient ways to remove and recycle your construction waste. What was yesterday’s excess rubble, timber and polystyrene can become tomorrow’s crushed rock, mulch and packaging. We can include crushed rock for your driveways and mulch for the perimeter of your sites, all delivered by the same company you’re already working with.  Our recycling system is constantly evolving and we’re aiming to find a way to reuse 100% of the construction waste we remove.

WE’RE NOT A BUNCH OF HIPPIES ON A MISSION TO TURN THE INDUSTRY GREEN. we’re about supporting great builders.

Efficient, tidy and safe sites are our speciality. we make you look good.

WHO ARE WE?

Job Site Recyclers was founded in 2010 by Daniel Reaper and a few passionate construction industry friends. An independently owned business, the company has grown to a staff of over 120 with a fleet and machinery to match. We’re growing fast and enjoying our place in the industry as Melbourne’s largest site cleaning group.

Daniel and his cofounders worked in the building industry for decades before creating JSR. They’ve seen first hand the unconscionable way that construction waste is generally disposed of. It’s inefficient, costly, and environmentally damaging.

We allow you to put your best foot forward by giving you an edge above your competitors.

Our Objectives

Our objective is to recycle the copious amounts of waste being generated by domestic building every day in Australia. This is something our builders tell us their clients are becoming more and more interested in each year, and this could be part of how you can differentiate yourself and your brand in your target market.

We work closely with site supervisors to ensure a smooth process with proactive communication throughout. Our goal is to find the way to recycle 100% of building waste and we’re currently sitting above 95%.

HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT YOU, THE BUILDER?

Our intention is to arrive at each stage of the build so we can manage and recycle the waste appropriately. It is a case of constant maintenance rather than cleaning great piles of construction waste. This makes the site much safer for other trades whilst adhering to the high standards you have for site presentation.

Our fixed price gives you peace of mind and the ability to stay on budget and on time.

Using our own cutting edge technology we can estimate the waste being generated per site. We have invested in a customised state of the art booking system that means your sites will be clean and tidy when you need them to be.

Where are we?

We service the entire Melbourne region, and have recycling depots in Dandenong, Laverton and Epping. Chances are we’re already supporting builders in the same areas you’re working in.

We’re currently developing an innovative and ground breaking recycling facility in Cranbourne West, which will be a revolution in the building and waste recovery industries. The site will include state of the art recycling equipment and facilities, as well as a retail outlet for the general public and tradespeople to purchase incredible quality recycled materials.

THE FACTS ABOUT OUR RECYCLING system

Construction waste in Victoria can fill the MCG to the brim twice a year.

JSR can reduce this waste by over 95%

Our aim is to recycle 100% of construction waste.

We are currently in discussion with manufacturers of non-recyclable products, to promote the need for a more conscious approach to their production and to create recycling solutions for their waste.

Gilpip Homes have been utilising Job Site Recyclers services since their operations commenced.

Throughout this time we have always found JSR to provide a prompt and efficient service and assist us in keeping our sites well presented, free of clutter and therefore safe.

We utilise their service as it is cost effective, no fuss and environmentally friendly with 95% of building waste recycled being a good marketing point for our clients too.

We also like to engage them for their added crushed rock and mulch services from time to time to assist with good site access.

They are our first go to for all of our site cleaning needs.
